The bathroom's heated flooring provided a surprisingly cozy touch to the otherwise mundane accommodations. The envelope with instructions, while off-putting, was comprehensive and seemed designed to ensure guests were well-informed, albeit a bit overbearing.
First impressions tanked with an exterior that looks quite shabby and uninviting. The overwhelming smell of stale cooking as soon as the door opens is not what anyone wants upon arrival. Inside, the Deluxe Double Room felt like a collection of mismatched furniture with wardrobe doors hanging off and a dirty fridge—nothing like the pictures advertised. leaving guests questioning the worth of their stay. Restrictions on noise after 9 PM only added to the feeling of unease, as if any little misstep could lead to a hefty fine.

lekker vibes in Solihull 🎶
Staying here was proper nice! The owners were super friendly, and I loved the cozy vibes in the room. A proper touch having the water bottle and mini fridge—it felt like home. The shared bathroom was spot on too, always clean and the heated floor was a absolute winner!
Just wish the room was a tad bigger for all my stuff, felt a bit cramped with my bag, maar dis okay for one night.

Upon arrival, the exterior was uninviting, giving a first impression of being poorly maintained. Inside, an overwhelming set of rules and the requirement to sign a lengthy document created an atmosphere of discomfort, making it feel more like a prison than a homey B&B. The bed was notably uncomfortable, impacting sleep quality, and the house rules, including a quiet policy after 9 PM, added to the uneasy feeling. Conversely, the bathroom featured heated flooring and the convenience of freshly made sandwiches was a highlight during my stay.

had a lovely stay and the owners were so warm and welcoming, i was super pleased with the comfy room. they really went the extra mile with little touches like a glass bottle full of water and a mini fridge in the room. it felt like home away from home, definetely would stay again.
the pillows were way too hard for us and made it hard to sleep. The room had some steps that were kinda dangerous if ur tall.

A Cozy Retreat with Thoughtful Touches!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the warm welcome back from the owner! The room, while snug, provided all we needed including a lovely TV and tea-making facilities. The heated bathroom floor was a delightful surprise. Future guests should arrive early to enjoy the ambiance fully!
